Start

We’ll ship a device to you so you can begin our remote program. The first session will help you get fitted.

Course

Undergo 6 to 12 weeks of daily neurostimulation which pairs meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Completion

Once your course is complete and progress is made, we’ll provide a return address for you to send the devices back.
